Starting with our signature oat cream, we fold pure Madagascar vanilla into the base mix. The ice cream is then churned and cooled. We make a banana toffee by caramelizing whole ripe bananas with brown sugar and a touch of sea salt. Then rippled thickly into each pint with small pieces of walnuts layered throughout. Pair this flavour with pie, atop pancakes in the morning, or for the best time to be alive, pair with a scoop of our Chocolate Peanut Butter.
